Took iron pills and birth control in past now 50 no birth control but take iron 3/pills 325 mg a day started breaking out on arms stomach face?

2 different issues: The iron pills can upset one's stomach especially when taken on an empty stomach The skin rash in another matter but it is hard to tell what may be the cause given the scanty details provided. I also don't understand why at age 50 you are taking iron pills. Have you had a serum ferritin level checked? Are you having intestinal bleeding or a recent problem with blood loss from trauma?
