Low iron: Make sure that when you eat your iron rich foods you are not eating dairy a the same time - it inhibits absorption of the iron. Drinking citrus juice (such as orange juice) enhances absorption. Also, try the oral iron in tinier doses - beak the pill in half and do that twice a day and see if you can tolerate that. Continue with your prenatals as well.
