Do I have testicular torsion? My left testicle is hanging very low completely below my right one. Can see white line going down side of right testicle down to the bottom of left testicle. Scrotum soft but testicles are hard and hurt when touched.
I have a swelling inside my left testicle that starts from the start of the scrotum and goes all the way to bottom of left testicle. Feels like a extremely thick vein from top to end. Does not hurt but such thing isn't there on right side. Any ideas?
