Time to be seen: If you have an extra mass in your scrotum it is time to be evaluated by a physician in person to determine what it is and make sure it is not cancer.

Varicocele?: You might have a varicocele, "bag of worms?" on the L side. A varicocele is a benign condition. I would recommend a check-up with the doctor.

I have a swelling inside my left testicle that starts from the start of the scrotum and goes all the way to bottom of left testicle. Feels like a extremely thick vein from top to end. Does not hurt but such thing isn't there on right side. Any ideas?
