NSAID effect?: Uncertain that this could be an NSAID effect. But Arcoxia is a COX-2 inhibitor so felt to be safer to the GI tract. This may not be related to the Arcoxia and you need an evaluation to clarify. NSAIDs are not responsible for erectile dysfunction so that is why you need more of an evaluation.

Not related: arcoxia: You seem to be experiencing erectile dysfunction. This condition may point to a more severe underlying problem, that is, vascular disease. If your LDL cholesterol is higher than 130 mg/dl, you may benefit from eating more vegetables. Vegetables, such as kale, parsley, and romaine lettuce, can help repair damage to the lining of your blood vessels, which may be underlying your erectile dysfunction.
