Obgyn can help: They could check and see if ur cervicle mucous is too thick. U could try some mucinex/guaifenesin to help thin it out. They can also check to see if there is any other reason u cant conceive. Also if he hasnt been checked yet u need to have him checked

You can take a pregnancy test now and then double check another in a week or two if the first is negative.
