Never panic!: Panic never helps - sometime an extreme immediate threat to your safety can make it unavoidable, but otherwise, don't. This may be nothing at all, but especially if you are TTC, why not visit an OBGYN for exam and advice and solid info on the whole topic of your reproductive system. That way you'll handle it from conception - delivery well. Try to fix your anxiety too. Raising kids will go better.
