Painless sore throat: Everyone has a different pain threshold - and some people complain only when excruciating pain sets in. Common things being common, you probably have pharyngitis - and you should get a throat culture and doctor's evaluation. Sometimes patients can have oral syphilis - and I don't know what your risks are - but the textbooks report relatively painless lesions can occur. So hope you can see a doc!
