What happens if i am on the pill and use spermicide, will i be 100% protected from pregnancy?

No: the only 100% method to prevent pregnancy is abstaining. Using spermicide and the pill will definitely help prevent, but not 100%. Note that the above method holds no protection from sexually transmitted infections.
