Unlikely but: If you do not want to get pregnant,a good idea idea would be to get on the birth control pill.

Odd of pregnancy: The odds are in your favor my dear. The risk (per cycle) of a healthy woman less than 30 years old getting pregnant with regular intercourse is 20 to 40%. Your partner did not ejaculate and you used spermicide so your odds would be drastically less, probably 5% or less. The risk of STD's went up though so please be careful in the future. Good luck :)
