Not likely: Dilated veins on the breast are not a reliable sign of pregnancy. If you have not missed any periods and pregnancy test is negative, you are unlikely to be pregnant. If your are sexually active and do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. Practice safe sex.
