Highly unlikely: See my previous answer regarding recommendation for a thorough gynecological exam including manual and speculum pelvic exam, Pap smear, appropriate STD and vaginal cultures, and possible pelvic ultrasound or other testing. Cancer highly unlikely at age 17. Cervicitis very common cause of chronic discharge and post-intercourse bleeding.
