STD: you need to see health care provider as this sounds like an STD. Sorry. Many STD's also transmitted by oral sex.

Need to examine: What you described is consistent with herpes. Oral herpes can affect genitals as well. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an in-person evaluation and may be follow-up testing.
