Immediate Attention: Persistent testicular pain needs immediate medical attention by a doctor. Causes can vary from trauma, inflammation , infection or torsion ( or a twisting of the testicle which can lead to loss of blood supply and ultimately loss off the testicle.) Only a thorough exam can determine the cause and severity. Take it seriously ! You only have 2 of them!
