Yes: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a pulmonary as well as a systemic disease. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is one of the extrapulmonary manifestations of COPD, and its incidence increases with the aggravation of COPD. The mechanisms of ED in patients with COPD are not yet completely understood
