Slight chance: Tubal ligation is not 100% effective. There is a very slight risk of pregnancy. Tubal ligation reversals can also be done as well. Best to discuss with you gynecologist.

Could be: Could be anovulatory cycle, irregular ovulation or pregnant. Tubal ligation fails only about every 1 in 100 times or less so it's not very likely, but a pregnancy test will give you the answer.
