Yes. May be pregnant: When did you run the HPT? Even though most are sensitive to pick up a pregnancy immediately following a missed period, I always tell patients to wait at least a few days or even a week beyond the expected period before running the test. In your case, if you have not run a 2nd test yet I would do that in a few days or a week more. If that is still negative and you miss next period see OB/GYN.
