See urologist: This may be as simple as irritation of skin fissure from sexual intercourse. But if it persists more than a month I would see a urologist.

Possible infection: The "tingle" may be a symptom of STD ( sexually transmitted disease) . Please see a health care provider for examination a and appropriate tests
