Estraderm (estradiol): Some side effects of Estrogens (such as estraderm) are rare, but are serious enough to mention. These side effects include: breast cancer, ovarian cancer, or uterine cancer, heart attacks, blood clotsstrokes, gallbladder disease, dementia, allergic reactions.
