Whoa: You need to talk about this with your physician and straighten out the facts. You're the head of a family -- that's great. Cherish it. CMV is usually transmitted by kissing, and 80+% of folks have met it. Stop worrying about it and don't even think of not kissing the people you love. To clear chlamydia, get Rx'd along with your wife; enjoying your body didn't bring it back.
