Normal: Spotting on Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) is normal. It can come and go as and when it wants. You should not be surprised. As long as you have taken the Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) injection on schedule it is very efficient in preventing pregnancy. All is well !
