Yes: If you didn't get your Depo-Provera shot when it was due, you're no longer protected by the depo. Whenever you have unprotected sex, there is a chance of pregnancy. You can do a pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after sex to find out. Some women aren't fertile for a while after stopping depo, but some are.
