Possibly: Pregnancy is very unlikely but not impossible if she took the pill. Blood pregnancy tests can detect a pregnancy as early as 10 days after conception. Home pregnancy tests are generally used after the first missed period (so, in this case, after July 13). If you are not trying to get pregnant I would have your partner begin using regular birth control (pills, implant or IUD)
