Pain in perinum on and off for almost 2 years. what could cause this? worry about prostate/testicular cancer.

Medical exam?: Have you had a medical exam from your doctor? It is easy to detect Testicular cancer as you would be able to feel a lump/growth or mass in your testicle. Prostate cancer would be very unusual in a 37 year old. But it is easy to detect or rule it out with a very simple blood test called PSA. You should get an examination by your doctor to further investigate the cause of your pain in the perineum
