Doubtful: However, no BC is 100% effective. Did you miss any injections? I suggest waiting 2 weeks and calling your GYN.

Probably not: Most women have no bleeding on Depo Provera, (medroxyprogesterone) even at the three month spot. If you are worried about pregnancy. A pregnancy test would tell you for sure.
