No, ....: Orchidopexy alone done for either undescended testes or testicular torsion should not affect testosterone production and secretion from testes. So, it is highly unlikely related with ED. If ED is the concern, at age 46, many other potential causes may be implicated in causing it. So, seek timely evaluation for proposing possible Rx options.
