Methadone: Any long term opiate use can cause hypogonadism and this explains your decreased libido. I'm not sure why your penis size appears to be affected. You need to see the pain management specialist or the doctor involved with your Methadone and either wean off or look to some other therapy for the management of your problem. You could also see your primary care doctor and have your testosterone checked
