What to do if i got engirged(according to what i know breasts get engirged when u have a lot of milk in it and u don't feed themilk but i could not see?

Breasts can become: swollen for other reasons like menstrual period (or pre-menstrual) or sometimes when taking oral contraceptives. Enlargement of breasts doesn't automatically mean that they are engorged with milk.
