Yes: If you skip your placebo week pills and go straight into another three weeks of active pills, you will most likely be able to prevent any bleeding. It's not 100% perfect! but it almost always works. You can do this for three cycles in a row if you like, taking 7 placebo pills only after the third "continuous" cycle.
