Unlikely, but...: Has he had his sperm count checked after the vasectomy? They have a failure rate like any other procedure. If his count is zero, then you can't get pregnant.

Vasectomy: Usually it is very safe and no pregnancy occurs. In rare occassions the surgery is not done well and a pregnancy occurs this is so so so rare so i would not worry.
