Slow-lubrication: Take it very slowly-"outercourse is more importantant than intercourse" both of your should be "wet" prior to penetration. If using condoms- they should also havesome lubrication. Spend a little more time on "non-intercourse arousal and you will be a superhero. Also communicate- perhaps have her change to a position which both of you enjoy.
