Yes: There is sperm in the "pre-cum" fluid, the risk of pregnancy is lower but it is still there. There is also the risk of not withdrawing in a timely manner. You should consider a second form of birth control to significantly reduce your risk of pregnancy. Also be aware that no form of birth control is 100% effective. Also only condoms will protect against sexual transmitted infection.

Plan b, the morning after pill, can be taken up to 72 hours after an unprotected encounter to prevent a pregnancy, and should be available otc. If you have already missed an expected period, do a pregnancy test.
