Pregnancy risk low: The risk of pregnancy by precum (pre-ejaculate) only is extremely low and highly unlikely. In general, precum either contains no sperm or dead sperm. Though it is possible that a relatively very small number of live sperm can find their way into the precum (which originates from Cowper’s glands and the Glands of Littre in the urethra), the statistical chance of pregnancy is close to zero.

Technically yes: Yes, it is possible because of pre-ejaculate (pre-cum). That does have sperm in it. If she is worried, she should do a pregnancy test.

I had the condom on inside out, fixed it and proceeded to have sex. Im afraid that some leftover/leaking ejaculate from a previous ejaculation 10 minutes before got on the condom since it was inside out first. What are the chances of pregnancy?

Cannot tell: Use a new condom for each sex act. Condoms are a single use item, even having sex with the same person.
