Yes they can: It is challenging that both depression and antidepressant treatments for depression can affect sex drive. When depressed, you may not have interest in sex, and treatment may allow sex drive to come back to normal. However, ssri antidepressants in particular can decrease sex drive and interfere with orgasm. Work closely with your psychiatrist to see what's happening in your case. Best wishes.
