I hav some questions regarding my testicles.i feel my right side testicle is smaller than the left one and i feel my right side testicle is punctured ?

Probably normal: Often, one testicle is larger than the other, and the left testicle usually hangs a little lower and may therefore seem larger. I don't know what you mean by a puncture, so i cannot comment on that part of your question.
