Get a Partner: There are some home tests for infection such as HIV. But, if one is sexually active then one must get on a regular testing schedule. I believe this process gets' easier and not so traumatic if a good health care provider is chosen who is nonjudgmental and is an expert in STD diagnoses and treatment. A partner in your health care is an ideal that can become a way to be better at STD testing.
