Take once daily: It is always good for your system to have a ritual or habit when it comes to taking your pills. But, the more important rule is to take the birth control at least daily as prescribed.

Define late ?: The "pill" works by preventing release of an egg.It provides a hormone substitute for one your body makes during pregnancy. A few hours should not be a problem. If you don't take it daily, the hormone level falls, and your body can decide to release an egg.If exposed, you can become pregnant.
