Should have started my birth control on sunday but forgot. am now 4 days late. how do i start taking it again ?

Pregnancy risk ?: If being "four days late" taking your oral bcp's means that you have not taken the active pill for 11 days (seven placebo days plus the four "not starting" days) , ovulation may occur, and therefore pregnancy is possible. At this point, use condoms or abstinence until your next period, and begin a new pack of bcp's, and take the active pill w/in the same hour as the previous day's active pill.
