Birth control pills: Congratulations on being so punctual with your oral contraceptive. If you take each pill within 30 minutes of a fixed time, the efficacy should be superb. As you know, an oral contraceptive does nothing to protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and that should prompt you to consider a condom to be used as well with each intercourse.
