I used tampons but never had sex, can a doctor realize that i haven't had sex or not ?(while i might lose my hymen because of using tampons)

I promise: It would be very unusual for any physician to spend even a second wondering if you are a virgin or not. If sexual history comes up during a visit we ask the question and record the answer. There is no judgement. If there is judgement that would be extremely unusual. 20% at least of young females present without hymens as a starting point. Then we now have a world with tampons. It is not a big deal.
