Please see GI: Please see a gastroenterologist for a workup. There are alot of different conditions that can cause this and the gastroenterologist is best able to preform the necessary tests needed to diagnosis you.

Sounds like: You might have an anal fistula, but you can also have more serious conditions such as infection or crohn's colitis. It is best to consult a colorectal surgeon.
