Hematospermia: It's hard to discern if the blood was in the ejaculate which is by definition hematospermia or if the blood was present a period of time after the ejaculate. Hematospermia is a benign condition usually as a result of calcium deposits in the prostate gland which do not need to be treated. If the ejaculate is clear and there's blood after the ejaculation he should seek primary care or urologic evaluation.
