Unlikely but possibl: Cleaning the tip of the penis after ejaculation cannot guarantee that all sperm is removed. It's possible for some sperm to impregnate you if it enters the vaginal vault. It doesn't sound like much sperm was left or that it entered the vagina, so pregnancy would be very unlikely to occur.
