Bad luck: Sorry to hear that! quite annoying and painful. One doesn't usually cause the other directly. You will likely need to have the cyst incised and drained by your ob/gyn, er, or fm doc. They will probably pack it so it will be able to drain. They can come back--hopefully not! good luck!
