Positions?: Back pain during sex, may be related to a disc issue, depending on the position you use when having sex, vs referred pain for the pelvic structures that get aggravated when having sex. Get an exam with attention to your back as well as a gyn exam with a bi-manual exam to determine where the source of the pain is most likely coming from, then the best treatment can start. Good luck.
