Probably not, but: The manufacturer says that when it's inserted during the menstrual cycle it should be effective immediately (because it would usually be at least a week or more until you would ovulate) - if it's inserted at some time other than with menses, it is supposed to be effective w/in 7 days, so you are on the border. The Plan B was good, but you need to check preg test, b/c ectopic is high risk if conceiv.

You're likely okay: Typically we tell patients to wait 7 days until having unprotected sex with the mirena (levonorgestrel)... 6 days is very close to 7. And then the fact that you took Plan B as well, means that you're likely not pregnant. You can take a pregnancy test in 15 days or so, but i'm guessing the answer will be negative. Good thinking on using the Plan B though!
