Why?: Sperm retrieval is a special procedure to micro-surgically procure sperms from testis in men with no sperm in semen from congenital blockage of vas deferens for artificial insemination. But for post-vasectomy infertility, microscopic vasectomy reversal would be more effective and of less cost. So, there is no practical reason to bother with microsurgical sperm retrieval. More?
