Common, not normal.: Epistaxis is a common pregnancy complaint that increases the risk of hemorrhage at delivery. It is never normal to be bleeding - your obstetrician should evaluate you for topical or systemic causes for epistaxis (e.g. Platelet dysfunction, nasal allergies/polyps).
