Caution: Nosebleeds ( in a non pregnant female) may simply be due to allergies or dry nasal passages (common). However, nosebleeds can sometimes be related to abnormal clotting system or high blood pressure (and more..)I suggest checking in with your obstetrician. A quick blood pressure check excludes one cause. Be sure to mention any other symptoms like bruising, headaches, facial pain etc
