Healthy one!: Unfortunately, there is no single diet proven to improve libido (sex drive). Likewise, there is no proven dietary supplement either. However, the healthier you are, by dint of nutrition & physical activity, the lower the risk of illness & poor physical conditioning eg obesity, affecting your sex drive negatively. So eat healthy.
