PCOS and ovulation: The labs suggest you have pcos and are not ovulating regularly. You may take Clomid (clomiphene) or Femara to get you to ovulate consistently. If the oral medications aren't successful, you may need to consider injectable medications or ivf as an alternative. Depending on other parameters, you may also benefit from using metformin or some measure to reduce your Insulin levels.
